—Ken Pruitt, KPFA Radio

Saturday, December 1, 2007 - 8:15 p.m.
Occidental Community Church, Occidental

Linda Tillery, stellar vocalist and percussionist, and Nina Gerber, master guitarist, have joined their creative forces for a unique musical presentation. Their repertoire ranges from folk to blues to R&B to ‘60’s rock standards and spirituals—all reworked in a sensual and provocative way that showcases the undeniable artistry of these two fine musicians.  Nina proves with her guitar that emotional communication requires no words, yet when combined with the voice of another musician of heart, the result is affecting and unforgettable.
